Type : Part-time employed
Hours : 20hr/week (or 80hr/month) with a flexible schedule
Compensation : £20-24,000 per annum (pro rata)
Primary Locations : London (Shoreditch), but work remotely in an agile team and keep close communication with distributed team members.
Relocation : not mandatory, you can work from anywhere near London, but have to keep online during agreed hours.
Travel Required : 20%

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer & Front-end developer with a strong desire to join London’s startup scene and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the world through their work.
Your designs will go live and become an integral part of our users’ experience. For this reason, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their creative vision, execution and communication skills.
What you’ll be doing
Create and implementing high-standard digital designs that are original but in line with our brand, and always taking user experience into account.
Keen to work using an agile process across various platforms – digital brand, campaign, communications, web and mobile applications.
Be able to work independently and take full responsibility for your work, but also to be a team player.
Work with small multi-disciplinary teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.
Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
Strong background in web and mobile UI/UX design and front end development, Wireframing (e.g. InVision), Visual Design, Adobe Photoshop
Obsessed with quality.
