Responsibilities:

  • Present to prospects, while building a healthy pipeline for Account Executives
  • Respond to inbound requests through telephone and email
  • Organize and categorize sales lead information into Salesforce.com
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and hit account acquisition targets
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure performance and quotas
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to optimize the inside sales processes and operations
  • Achieve weekly and quarterly targets

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with course experience that demonstrates technical acumen
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, including sales development and/or closing
  • Passion for developing a career in a technology sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated success in achieving quotas and/or targets
  • Experience using Salesforce.com

Preferred:

  • Continued education or Master’s degree
  • Experience managing interns or associates
  • Ability to develop and implement new sales strategies to grow the business, motivate the team, and improve operations
